Exploding planets in Apocrypha Trailer
One of the few things I’m still rather curious about in the new EVE expansion is the storyline, there’s still not much out there. The EVE News items lately don’t really seem to be some sort of build-up and I guess it’ll be the downtime news again that pushes the storyline forward like it’s been done since Empyrean Age. There’s one thing we do know now though. And that is that the wormholes seem to suddenly appear everywhere and make planets + stations explode, exciting! Also, let me make one prediction: It will have something to do with the blinking big star that appeared a bit more than a year ago and suddenly dissapeared.

Oooh shiny. Actually, I hind of like the low-res look, makes it seem like a recording recovered from a destroyed ship and brought back ^_^
I remember reading somewhere that the bright star was a glitch. You think they’ll have worked that into the plotline? Also: http://www.eveonline.com/background/potw/jun04.asp

Players rumored it was a glitch, yes, but CCP confirmed nor denied that for as far as I know. I always thought it was a very very unlikely glitch and they also paid attention in it in the news articles.
